What Does Taste Sound Like? November 2024, London

AN IMMERSIVE SOUND AND TASTE EXPERIENCE BY PRODUCER BRIAN D'SOUZA FEATURING LIVE PLANT RECORDINGS PAIRED WITH COCKTAILS CREATED BY CRUCIBLE

I collaborated with Wovven Whisky and drink specialist Crucible to create an evening of sensory magic. We worked on a four course drinks menu, combining Wovven’s whisky and unique blends of bontanicals and other ingredients. I think took a key ingredident and turned it into the tasting soundtrack using biosonification.

Each cocktail not only tasted unique but sounded unique too. Each course was a novel experience of sensory dicombolation and synchrony.
